So many people are falsely led to believe that they should limit their food intake to acquire a flatter stomach. This is generalizing by citing food as the overall main culprit. The more appropriate action should be to limit intake of food that will not help out with curbing fat around your belly at all.

Hence, it might be much better and healthier that you should avoid fat building foods and switch to fat reducing foods instead. You'll find so many of these so called fat reducing foods that unless I write them down, I easily forget them until I regularly get them to be a part of my diet. Therefore I listed the most common foods and methods and I also call them the 7 magic B's, which help me to keep in mind what I need to do and eat for a leaner stomach:

The 1st 2 B's should be to identify fruits to get a flatter stomach. Two most helpful fruits are bananas and berries. Bananas keep belly bloating away, which is also a principal reason for extra weight around that area. With its potassium rich content, bananas regulate the salt that contributes to water retention ultimately causing bloating.

Berries, including strawberries or blueberries help control blood glucose which is a factor for fat build up in the abdomen. Additionally, they enhance your body's resistance because they contain powerful antioxidants.

If you avoid eating beans and broccoli, then it's time to include them in your meals. Beans have fiber which makes them easy to digest and helps eliminate toxics and wastes. Like beans, broccoli has high fiber content and low calories. Moreover, they're capable of producing enzymes to lessen belly fat.

One overlooked process to have a flatter stomach would be to eat breakfast. Despite your fast paced life, it is important to have a great, heavy breakfast that does not only keep you fuller throughout the morning, additionally, it fuels your metabolism after 8 hours of sleep. The body then starts consuming energy as opposed to letting those calories get to become fat.

Besides eating the correct foods per se, the way you cook your food is also important. If you're set on getting a flatter stomach, do away with fried foods and opt for two healthy B's: baked and broiled. Baked and broiled foods retain nearly all of their nutrients without the added unhealthy grease or calories. Just ensure you are adding equally healthy spices and just the correct amount of seasoning or sauces.

So there you go. 7 easy to recall B's. 7 natural food wonders with an amazing effect for your tummy. Make sure they are part of your specific diet to get a flatter stomach in no time.
