Frequent, selective eating. Frequent eating reduces our body's tendency to crave for food. And so does eating a lot during breakfast. To reduce cravings, eat 5-6 times a day, but keep portions small, and the food selection healthy. But to ensure that you shed weight, you must give attention to what you eat. You have to buy low-calorie foods, and consume less of them too.

With any exercise or diet regimen, you have to lose 2 pounds a week to stay healthy. However if you are very obese and dead focused on keeping the pounds off, then a mixture of the three concepts above may be considered with your doctors consent. For many people however, exercise and smart dieting has become and will continually be the key to permanent weight-loss, apart from any fads or any supplements sold in the market.
