You want to get rid of the lint, because the last thing you want is for your clothes that are drying to pick up the lint that is already there. Keep the lint trap clean and the amount of dander you'll have to breathe will be less, reducing the odds of an allergy attack. When you have the flu bug, you should not be too intense with blowing your nose. The impulse to be aggressive at blowing your nose when you are sick is almost uncontrollable. In the end, you feel so stuffy, that you just want to get all the yucky stuff out of there! To improve your overall health, there are many different things you can do. Often times, believe it or not, we try too hard to reach our optimal level of health and we cannot make it there.
