If you want to have the greatest success, then try to have patience and approach things the right way.

The absolute worst thing you can do for yourself is try to change your diet in only one day--all at the same time. While it might help out a few people to take this route it will only work for one or two.

If you feel fed up because you haven't made enough changes to your health, you know what you need to do.
