There are lots of meals around that, even though they taste good, are very very bad for you. Some of these meals are immediately familiar: fast food, to use one example, is quite tasty but loaded with calories and other things that will damage our bodies in major ways. How many times do you get those frozen pot pies from the grocery store's freezer section?
