If you did not know it, eating fish produces many good benefits. Yes, there are many people out there who are cautious of eating fish because of the fact that now day's fish has a lot of mercury in it. We need fish in our diet, so you should check which types of fish have the most mercury in them so you know to stay clear of that type of fish.

Fish is considered one of the most power-packed foods for a healthy diet. It is an excellent source of Omega-3 fatty acids, which are known to prevent a huge range of diseases. Read on to know how:
